Mrs Thando Kembo | Chief Operating Officer

Thando is the Chief Operating Officer and is a Chartered Accountant CA(Z) by profession. She joined Cimas in 2016 as a Group Internal Audit Manager and became Group Projects Manager in 2018, a position she held until her current appointment.  

Prior to joining Cimas, Thando had been with Deloitte (primarily Zimbabwe and also Canada) where she completed her articles and was serving as an Audit Manager at the time of her move.  

She is an active member of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and is a Registered Assessor with ICAZ. She is also a previous panelist in the International Federation of Health Plans (iFHP) Fraud, Waste and Error Panel and current panelist in the iFHP Data & Insights and Executive Leadership Panels.
