• Operating times: 0800 hours to 1630 hours.

• After-hours emergencies: In case of emergencies outside our operating hours, on weekends, or during holidays, our providers will confirm member validity through our contact center before providing treatment. Post-authorisation will be done subsequently.
• Turnaround time for foreign preauthorisations: Foreign preauthorisations have a turnaround time of 5 working days.
• Turnaround time for other platforms: For preauthorisations on our other platforms, the turnaround time is 48 hours.
• Local quotations requirements: Local quotations should include tariff codes, membership number and suffix, clinical data or diagnosis, and the provider number.
• Foreign treatment requirements: For foreign treatment, we require a referral letter from a relevant local specialist and quotations from the foreign service providers. The quotations must be on a letterhead, dated, signed, and stamped.
