Mrs Tatenda Madzikanda | Chief Marketing Officer

Tatenda brings a wealth of experience amassed over a 19-year career to this role. She has extensive background in the service industry, including short-term insurance, banking, and courier services. This exposure has equipped her with valuable insights and capabilities to develop and implement winning marketing strategies for the group. At Cimas, she has been instrumental in product development, membership growth and retention since 2008 when she joined the group. 

Over the years, the has risen through the Cimas ranks from Healthguard Assistant Manager, Marketing manager, Head Business Development and Head Customer Services, all culminating to this current position. 

She holds an Honours Degree in Business Studies specialising in Marketing from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Commerce in Marketing Strategy from the Midlands State University and is a Certified Marketing Practitioner with the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe.
