Mr Sean Gammon 

Sean is a seasoned financial sector executive with a demonstrable track record of investment excellence, service provision and strategic delivery across the African continent.  He undertook a number of investment banking roles in the Imara group for over 25 years, rising to Group Chief Executive of Imara Capital Zimbabwe.  Sean has successfully concluded 70 corporate transactions in eight countries, raising in excess of US$50 million in equity and debt. 

An economics graduate from the University of Natal, Sean began his career in asset finance with Standard Chartered Bank, before moving into an economics research and consulting role with Imani Development.  He then spent a number of years in the foreign NGO sector before joining the Imara predecessor firm Robert Fleming Zimbabwe as an equity analyst in the stockbroking operation.  Sean has served on a number of public and private boards in an executive, non-executive and advisory capacity.
