Emma is Managing Director and co-founder of Finesse Advisory Services, a financial consultancy which provides corporate financing and asset management solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe, where she has also lectured in Economics. She has been a Project

Finance Manager and Corporate Finance Manager at Standard Chartered Merchant Bank and was a co-founder of the Merchant Banking Division of Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe, where she was appointed Merchant Banking director.

Emma served on the Barclays Bank board for ten years and has also served on the Hunyani Holdings board.

She is a director on the Delta Corporation Board and Boost Fellowship director. She is a former chairperson of Caps Holdings and former director of United Touring Group.
