Ms Tinotenda Mushapaidze   | Managing Director of Medical Aid

Tinotenda was appointed the Managing Director for the Cimas Medical Aid Fund effective 1 May 2021. She joined Cimas in May 2016 as Corporate Legal Counsel and was appointed the Head Corporate Affairs in January 2021 before assuming her current role.

Tinotenda is a lawyer by profession and has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She holds various certifications including the WITS Business School and Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa Trustees Development Programme.  

 She has over 15 years’ experience working in various sectors that include banking, mining and health. She is skilled in Legal Advisory, Corporate Governance, Policy & Regulatory Analysis and Compliance Risk Management. Tinotenda is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the Institute of Directors of Zimbabwe and also the President of CCAZ.
